So I recently had a very bad ankle sprain during a tennis match and I visited the only sinseh I've been going to since my teenage days whenever I got injured through sports... This time, it's really quite bad because after 5 days (tue night injured, wed noon visited sinseh, friday morning removed bandaging) the swelling hasn't fully subsided and I'm still hobbling around with obvious difficulty... And the long weekend was wasted with me being immobile at home :(
I went to Tan Chong Shin at Bedok Reservoir...
Any of you have got good sinsehs to recommend?

Just done at Parkway Shenton. X-Ray shows no break but some wear and tear. Ligaments seem to have torn a little but they were already loose to begin with. Doctor says that loose ligaments sort of prevented a bone fracture. I tend to agree. Now, my ankle is heavily taped up and I've been prescribed with anti-inflammatory medication together with some cream for external usage... Will rest for the whole week... Apparently, this would take 3 months for a full recovery... :(

Bro,
I'm not trying to frighten you. But you should see a Western doctor. You may need an X-ray. I have a friend who thought he sprained his ankle. After numerous sinseh visits, still in pain. So he went to see Western doctor. Was told his ligament was torn.

Rest well and look after the leg man. Gives you an excuse to watch football and play computer games at home
