How do you do your warm up stretches?

What kind of stretches do you do?

Which part of your body is cramping?

If you're doing everything correctly, then it may have something to do with your shoes and the way your foot is striking the ground.

Maybe diet issue, or never exercise right foot enough...

Clear some carbon!

the standard 5bx kinda of stuff.... the lower calves of the left leg, usual spot. even when golfing not much movement also get cramp at that spot.

That is the main contributing factor, I should think. Go and customise an insole for your shoes and wear them. It should help correct the problem. You will need different insoles for different activities (ie. running is different from walking)

Today Straits times via TCM

Muscle cramps are typically a sign that there is a blockage of blood and qi flowing to an area of the body it causes that area become weak less able to perform properly , marking the area move vulnerable to injury, over-fatigue and pain

- Cut back on drinks that contain alcohol and caffeine
- Avoid direct air stream of a fan or aircon
- Keep your legs warm
- Stretch your legs regularly before going to bed
- Soak both feet in warm water for 10 to 15 mins every night before sleep
- Avoid overly thick blankets

In the day wear shoes that have proper support

The key is to let the blood circulate freely. There will be no cramps... :)
