My left rear creating static sound and I don't think it's the pod speaker. Not sure if it's cable or my denon receiver. Any device for quick diagnose?

I suspect it's grounding issue. What's the model of your receiver? The female power plug is 2 pin or 3 pin? Is your starhub cable box connected with the same power conditioner or point?
Quick way to test if it's cable issue is to swap your speaker cables at your speaker terminal. This will diagnose if the cable is faulty.
After which, swap the speaker cables at your denon receiver. This will diagnose if the receiver is faulty.
