Would think brands should blend w rides too....

XF - sports elegant (Panerai, Corum, IWC)

XFR - slightly above (AP, JLC)

XJ/L - classic elegant (Lange, PP, VC)

XK - classic sport (GP, FM)

XKR - slightly above (RD, UN)

F. Type - flashy sport (HW, RM, MB&F)


Do add on or advise better appropriate....

JLC already has Aston, Breitling has Bentley, Bugatti has Parmigiani, I thought Ferrari used to have Panerai.. any others?

Actually I lost interest last year in timepieces, so i sold most of what i had, but then started looking at a very different kind of look again this year..

Used to do the whole AP Offshore, big chunky look kinda watches. But now I go more for a smaller look. My favourites at the moment would be JLC Reverso Grande Taille and the Master Ultra Thin 41 with small seconds, hence my vote for JLC

I'm trying to avoid watches with date functions, cuz I find i just don't adjust them and use my phone for like carpark coupons.. and I think JLC accommodates that best.

think it's more of the branding n positioning.... Understate yet steady, nothing loud yet sophisticated
