The 'passed out' beans from toddy cats, from Sumatra? It used to be very good grade coffee..in fact, the most expensive coffee in the coffee world..
However, due to the great demand from human, the suppliers forced all beans and laxative into the mouth of the toddy cats, making sure they passed out those beans at shorter times, it affects the quality.
Latest invention is, they tried it on elephant, as their intake is much more than toddy cats..
My take, I don't support on animal crudety product.. So, all along, didnt support.
I just drank the blue mountain coffee at 313 yesterday, and the person brewing it Kena fxxx by me...it's crap, with too much water.. But maybe, because I drink coffee at the extreme, one level up from espresso, who is known as ristretto...where I taste the first 6 sec grain of coffee from the high pressure pressing extract from the machine... Btw, I don't drink coffee with sugar.. By natural, it has sweet and fruity fragrant, if it is fresh.
All beans must be consumed within 30mins, once taken out from vacuum bag, and the freshly roasted bean, the most can last for one week..
