Sorry for the late reply. The difference is in the content of the two solutions. Liquid wax has carnauba wax in it. Just like the harden wax that you smear on your car and need a few process to buff and clean it off from your car, the liquid wax simplify the whole process. What you need to do is just spray and buff it off with a microfiber towel This can be use for the exterior body as well as the windscreen.
The super polymer has polymer embedded in it. Small polymers that bound to the surface of the car and push away the grime from the body of the car. This makes it easier for the dirt and grime to be clean with a microfiber cloth without damaging the vehicle. Such a product has been around in the states and europe for a while. Gecko Shine products has been around for the past 3 years but we only sell it through our website and grooming clients. Just to share with you, our product is used to clean shine and polish high end cars, boats and recently we got a contract to have our solutions be used to clean and shine a transport plane (C130).
Both products gives a temporary protection just like any other wax or detailer in the market. Its gives a better shine when you have an added layer of coating or protection. Hope that helps. Thanks. :)
Liquid Wax can be synthetic too, just like the Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax. Pro is that it's easy to apply definitely. Con? Not as long lasting.
If you mentioned that the liquid wax is sprayed on, I think what you are referring could be Quick Detailer or Final Finisher. Quick Detailers can contain polymers or carnauba as well.
Not sure what Super Polymer might be, but sounds like Paint Protection System/Sealant/Glass coating/Nano coating/Ceramic coating, essentially the same thing, only difference is the compound within.
Prior to application of the Paint Protection System, the most important thing is paint correction. If the surface is not perfect, whatever u seal below, won't be perfect.
My 2 cents.

The Super Polymer is more of a quick detailer. The liquid wax is not a quick detailer. It is carnauba wax just that the application and the method is different. Instead of the usual hard wax application, it is made into a liquid form for ease of application.
Both products are from Gecko Shine and we will have a group buy for the Liquid Wax soon. :)
Yup, Group buy is possible. For now, we only have the Gecko Shine liquid wax. It's 17.80 per bottle. Buy 2, it will come with 2 microfiber towels free. Professional microfiber towels at $8 each. :)
Group buy offer; $35 for 2 bottles of liquid wax plus 2 microfiber towels free.

It is the same waterless stuff that bro Makapook passed me the last time. If yes, I want 2 bottles. I love it!
I passed you the orange colour one... Think liquid wax is pink colour.
Difference is u don't use pink on windscreen and mirrors coz it is waxy. The orange one i pass to you can do windscreens and mirrors too, no wax, just general cleaning...

can I use this w/o Geckoshine sealant? (currently on diamondbrite)... do I have to use car washing detergent to clean the stubborn dirt first or can this be used for general cleaning in between wash (e.g. a week or a month)
1. Can super polymer and liquid wax be used together, i.e. apply super polyer to clean the dirt and grime 1st then use liquid wax to coat the car?
You can use either or. The super polymer is a quick detailer. For a fast shine. The liquid wax has carnauba wax so it gives a deeper shine and protects your paint as a form of "moisturizer". It can last for a week or so depend on environmental condition. Both has a cleaning effect, so it will clean the dirt and grime. If the dirt has been there for a while and hard to remove, you will need degreaser or need to have the car clayed. hard stain and grime can't be removed with the shine or wax. This is for fast detailing provided the car has been prep before. Normal dirt and grime can be removed with no issue. Only stubborn dirt that has been there for 6 months or more. :)
2. My ride comes with diamondbrite. Can these product be applied over the diamondbrite paint protection sealant?
Not an issue. Any coating diamond brite or extreme element has another harden layer. So the wax actually makes that layer shine. Deeper impact. :) What's important, dont send your car for machine buffing. It will take away that coating. Hand polish is the best way for cars with coating. :)

U all bros, really hardworking chaps, to clean your jags. I just ring for my mine to get cleaned at my place, as they offered mobile services...or they drive over for wax/polish/detox my interior.. Well done bros..
Used to spent a lot, almost entire sat cleaning and polishing my S4 in garage, then Kena sticks by wife not spending time with family.. End up, she paid for $500 for 10sessions of cleaning and washing for the services, in exchange for me.. And since then, use until now lor. I do agree, personal touch is better.. But bugger is, every time I spent so much effort on the car Liao, it's starts to rain....
But liquid wax can't be used on windscreen, windows and mirrors, right? I wanted the one that was more for overall general cleaning...
Yeah liquid wax can't really be used on windscreens or mirrors unless u don't mind waxy glass surfaces. Liquid Wax is supposed to be more expensive, so at $15 I think it's a great deal!
It can be used on windscreen too. As it's waterbased, so it wont be a problem. Need be, just spray a bit on a damp cloth and for the windscreen, use it at the end of the wash with residues on the cloth. Then dry it up with a dry cloth. Same process.
